Good Morning

You’re a grown ass man, which means doing responsible stuff like taking out the trash, paying your taxes, and – if you’re past your third decade – starting to take care of your health.

And while many of us are starting to eat a little better, drink a little less (maybe?), and are pursuing more active lifestyles, one of the final frontiers for a lot of men is skin care. At one point, those two words would earn any man the pejorative classification of metrosexual. But it’s 2015 now – get over the sexist labels. There’s nothing wrong with staying clean. And there’s certainly nothing manly about zits and skin cancer.

But in a market dominated by LED-washed superstores and overly manicured models, finding something other than your go-to can of Axe body spray and all-in-one shampoo and conditioner can be intimidating and confusing, to say the least.

You don’t need to go to a salon or put cucumber slices on your eyes. Just put down the aerosol can and read on.

Daily

Ultimate Man Body Scrub Soap, from Kiehl’s
Made with natural oat bran, oat kernel, and pumice, this bar of soap helps alleviate roughness on tougher areas such as elbows and heels. Oh, and it also gets you clean. Use daily.

Facial Fuel Cleanser, from Kiehl’s
You really should be cleaning your face every day. It seems obvious, but it’s surprising how many guys don’t wash their face. Every day, dead skin cells surface – you need to wash to get off the day’s pollution. Look forward to feeling and looking healthier all day long.

Facial Fuel Sunscreen, from Kiehl’s
Don’t risk daily sun damage to your face. Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Sunscreen/Moisturizer is a two-in-one with SPF 15.

Weekly

Facial Fuel Scrub, from Kiehl’s
To keep those ingrown hairs away and dead skin cells off for fresher looking and feeling skin, use Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Scrub twice a week.

As needed

Creme de Corps, from Kiehl’s
A lot of guys shy away from moisturizer. They think only girls and women should moisturize, but unless you want skin like leather, Kiehl’s Creme de Corps is an all around, non-greasy, hydrating body moisturizer. If you live in a super dry climate, you could probably use this daily. Otherwise, moisturize as necessary.

Kiehl’s Lip Balm #1, from Kiehl’s
It’s good for your lips and won’t leave a shine.

Ultimate Brushless Shave Cream, from Kiehl’s
Kiehl’s shave cream is different from your typical guy’s shaving product in that it’s not a gel or foam. It’s a lightweight cream that requires only a thin film. Easy to apply. Easy to shave. Feels great.

Eye DePuffer, from Kiehl’s
For those guys who travel across time zones (or just like to burn the candle on both ends), this eye cream will help eliminate puffiness and dark circles.

Ultimate Strength Hand Salve, from Kiehl’s
If you’re the kind of guy who does heavy work and manual labor or are otherwise is exposed to harsh elements, check out this maximum-strength moisturizer for dry, active hands.
